ReGen-X Review

ReGen-X (regenx.co.za (opens in new tab)) is a newer entrant, registered in South Africa in 2025. It's more forthcoming about its business details than most of the field, but its quality claims aren't backed by anything published.

What we verified directly

• Registration number disclosed. Footer states "ReGen-X (Pty) Ltd · Reg No 2025/979492/07" — confirmed independently on its /terms-and-conditions/ and /privacy-policy/ pages too.
• Address disclosed, with postal code. Fourways, Sandton, Gauteng, South Africa 2004.
• Multiple contact channels. Phone +27 71 433 3672, plus separate admin@regenx.co.za and support@regenx.co.za addresses.
• Payment. "Secure payments powered by PayFast," stated explicitly on its terms page.
• Shipping now published upfront. A flat R120 on orders under R1,200, free on orders R1,200 and above, 1–3 business days processing plus 2–5 business days delivery, South Africa only.
• Written refund policy. A 14-day return window for unopened items in original, resalable packaging; free replacement for items damaged in transit if reported within the same window; refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Full catalog, fully priced. Its /shop/ page lists roughly 20 products across all four categories (metabolic/GLP-1, mental/cognitive, physical recovery, skin/cosmetic) with an exact price on every one — e.g. Retatrutide 10mg R950, Retatrutide 30mg R1,800, Semaglutide 30mg R1,400, KLOW Stack R2,000, Glutathione 1500mg R1,400. This is a complete, checkable price list, not a sample.
• On-site customer reviews. Individual product pages carry reviews (e.g. two 5-star reviews on its Retatrutide 30mg listing) — a real signal, though self-hosted rather than on an independent platform like Trustpilot or HelloPeter, so we don't credit it the same way.
• First explicit SAHPRA mention we've found (2026-09-06). A compliance line appended to its blog content reads: "Researchers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable SAHPRA regulations and institutional guidelines in their jurisdiction" — the first time any vendor in our set has named the regulator directly on its own site.

Where it loses points

• Unsupported testing claim — and now a self-contradiction about it (revised 2026-09-06). ReGen-X's FAQ says documentation is provided "where available, on the product page or on request" (conditional), but a blog post goes further, stating unconditionally: "Certificates of Analysis are available for each product, with HPLC purity and mass spectrometry confirmation." We checked two individual product pages (Glutathione 1500mg, KLOW Stack) directly — neither shows a COA link or report. The stronger claim isn't backed up by what's actually on the product pages, which is worse than the FAQ's own conditional wording.
• No track record. A 2025 registration means no multi-year history to point to.
• No batch number, SKU, or purity claim found on any product page we checked — pricing is now confirmed, but nothing about individual batches is.
• Undisclosed-amount discounting (2026-09-06). A "backorder" price already bakes in a 10% discount without saying so on the listing, and bulk/volume pricing is offered only via WhatsApp inquiry — neither is a red flag on its own, but neither is transparent about the actual price you'd pay.

Bottom line

ReGen-X is unusually open about who and where it is, publishes shipping and refund terms as clearly as almost anyone on this list, and actually shows real prices on real product pages. That's enough to put it in second place overall, just behind LEOLABS. But a 2026-09-06 crawl found its own blog now overstates the testing claim beyond what its FAQ and product pages actually support — "independently tested" with no report attached is exactly the kind of claim our methodology is built to catch, and inflating that claim in marketing content makes it worse, not better.
