Noventra Pharma (noventrapharma.com (opens in new tab)) blocks automated fetches outright — every pass with our own tools has returned HTTP 403, on every page. Screenshots of its live pages, supplied directly to us, are what let us verify it at all. It has the most detailed, specific shipping and refund policy of any vendor we've checked outside LEOLABS, now backed by a genuinely more complete contact and pricing picture too.
What we verified directly
- Specific, written shipping policy. Processing "within 1–3 business days"; standard delivery "1–4 business days (depending on your location)" nationwide at a flat R150; an overnight option at R250; couriers don't deliver on weekends or public holidays, and Friday overnight orders sit for Saturday hub collection. Re-delivery after an incorrect address is billed to the customer.
- Specific, written refund policy. "Due to the medical nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items." Refunds are issued at the vendor's discretion for sealed, unused items returned within 7 days, with return courier fees paid by the customer. Damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of scheduled delivery, with photos of both packaging and product.
- Broad catalog including all three GLP-1 compounds we cover. Semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide (including a combined "TirReta" blend and a 32mg Retatrutide self-mix), alongside bioregulator peptides (Semax, Epitalon, Pinealon) and other research peptides.
- Specific, published pricing with a bulk tier. Retatrutide 32mg Self-Mix listed at R1,550 incl. VAT, dropping to R1,450 each when buying 3 or more — a real per-SKU price with a volume discount, not just a range.
- Two named regional contact points. Separate WhatsApp lines for Gauteng (063 307 9824) and Cape Town (071 690 9190), each staffed Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00, plus a dedicated trade/wholesale email channel. Its contact page states plainly: "We do not give medical advice" — a clearer boundary than most vendors draw.
- Payment detail, revised. Its privacy policy states it collects "payment details (processed securely via third-party providers)" — language implying an online payment gateway, not only manual EFT. We could not identify which gateway from the pages available to us, so treat "card payment exists" as more likely than our earlier pass concluded, but still unconfirmed by name.
- Catalog has grown substantially (2026-09-06 check). New SKUs now visible via search-indexed pages include Retrexa Hybrid, Growth Matrix, Thymalin, ARA-290, Pinealon, Cortagen, SS-31, SLU-PP-332 and several named stacks, plus a "Noventra Nutraceuticals" supplements sub-brand — a wider range than our last pass documented.
- New tiered wholesale program (2026-09-06 check). A "NOVENTRARetail / NOVENTRAPro / NOVENTRAReserve" trade-account system now appears on-site: Pro tier access is granted immediately but requires R20,000 spend within 30 days to retain, and Reserve requires R50,000 within 30 days. This wasn't present on our earlier passes.
- Retail-tier bulk discounts (new, 2026-09-06), separate from wholesale. Its /cart page shows quantity pricing open to any buyer, not gated behind the wholesale program — e.g. Retatrutide 32mg Pre-Filled Pen R2,150 drops to R1,950 each at 3+; Tirzepatide 30mg Pre-Filled Pen R2,050 drops to R1,850 each at 3+.
Where it loses points
- No named testing lab despite the "lab-tested" claim.
- No registration number, VAT number, or street address found — its own privacy policy names only "Noventra Pharma" as the business, with no legal-entity suffix or CIPC/VAT number, and its two contact points are city-level only. A full 2026-09-06 site crawl (calculator, track-order, cart, several product pages) still turned up none of these three.
- Named payment gateway still unconfirmed — we know a third-party processor is involved, but not which one, even after the full crawl above.
- Needles and printed dosing protocols ship with every order (above) — a self-injection framing that sits uneasily next to a "research use only" product category.

Bottom line
Noventra Pharma's testing claim is as thin as most of the field's — but its shipping, refund and contact terms are among the most completely documented of any vendor outside LEOLABS, which is enough to put it in third place overall despite naming no lab at all.
