Noventra Pharma (noventrapharma.com) initially blocked our standard checker, but a direct request got through. It has the most detailed, specific shipping and refund policy of any vendor we've checked outside LEOLABS — ties Peptide Labs South Africa on overall score, for very different reasons.
What we verified directly
- Specific, written shipping policy. "Orders... are processed within 1–3 business days"; standard delivery "1–4 business days (depending on your location)" nationwide; an overnight option "available for R250"; couriers don't deliver on weekends or public holidays.
- Specific, written refund policy. "Due to the medical nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Refunds are only eligible for sealed, unused items returned within 7 days." Damage or shortage must be reported "within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery."
- Broad catalog including all three GLP-1 compounds we cover. Semaglutide, tirzepatide and retatrutide (including a combined "TirReta" blend), alongside bioregulator peptides (Semax, Epitalon, Pinealon) and other research peptides, priced from roughly R360 to R599 on the products we could see.
- Contact. Two WhatsApp lines and a Cape Town base ("071 690 9190"); email listed for invoices and trade/wholesale queries.
- Payment. "Direct EFT with a matching reference" — we didn't find a card-payment option on the pages we checked.
"Lab-tested," no lab named: the site's own meta description calls its products "pharmaceutical grade, lab-tested," but we could not find a named laboratory, a linked report, or a COA anywhere on the pages we checked — the claim is no more specific than several lower-scoring vendors in our set. The strong score here comes from delivery and refund specificity, not documentation.
Where it loses points
- No named testing lab despite the "lab-tested" claim.
- No registration number or full address found — only a city (Cape Town).
- EFT-only payment that we could find.

Bottom line
Noventra Pharma's testing claim is as thin as most of the field's — but its shipping and refund terms are written down in more detail than almost anyone else we've checked, which is exactly what our delivery and refunds criteria reward.
