What we verified directly
- Broad catalog. Retatrutide, tirzepatide, semaglutide, tesamorelin, MOTS-c, GHK-Cu, KPV, NAD+, and peptide stacks, priced from roughly R390 to R1,950.
- Testing claim, no lab named. "Premium Peptides with 99% Purity Tested in an independent Laboratory in EU" — no lab name, no linked report.
- Specific, published shipping pricing — confirmed live at checkout (2026-09-06). "Collect at your closest Postnet R110 or Door to Door R250," nationwide. A real checkout for 5mg Semaglutide (R1,150) priced Postnet collection at exactly R110, for a R1,260 total — the published rate matches what a shopper is actually charged.
- Explicit research-only disclaimer. States products are "for Research Purposes Only" and "not registered with the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA)" — a more direct compliance statement than most vendors in our set volunteer.
- A refund policy does exist (confirmed 2026-09-06) — and it's absolute. Its /terms-condition page states plainly: "Products already delivered cannot be returned unfortunately. Strictly NO Returns or Refunds." This refines our earlier "no refund policy found" — there is a written policy, and it's the strictest version possible.
- Payment gateway confirmed (2026-09-06) — Yoco, not Wix Payments. A live checkout showed "Payment: Yoco" with "After placing the order, you'll be redirected to Yoco to complete payment." This corrects our earlier "Wix Payments checkout (Pay Link)" description — Yoco is a named, mainstream South African card-payment processor, a more concrete and reassuring detail than we'd previously credited this vendor with.
Terms & Conditions read as an unfinished template (confirmed 2026-09-06). The same page's governing-law clause reads, verbatim: "These Terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of [Your Country / Jurisdiction]" — a literal bracketed placeholder never filled in — alongside typos like "cistomers" for "customers" and "Ypu" for "You." It also states New You Lab "accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER for any breakages or damages" once handed to the courier. This reads as generic template text never actually reviewed for this business, not a customized legal document.
Where it loses points
- No registration number or business address found anywhere on the site — confirmed again on its /contact-us page (2026-09-06), which gives only the WhatsApp number and email below.
- WhatsApp-only contact, explicitly "no calls." "Message Only 079 827 0852. No calls." A support email (labsnewyou@gmail.com) is also published, but it's a free Gmail address rather than a company domain.
- Absolute no-refunds policy, sitting next to an unfilled jurisdiction placeholder in the same Terms & Conditions document (above).
- Vague lab claim — "an independent Laboratory in EU" is less specific than even SA Peptides' city-level claim, let alone a named lab.

Bottom line
New You Lab publishes prices and shipping costs more clearly than most vendors we've checked, which counts for something — but a vague overseas-lab claim and no findable business details keep it in the lower half of our ranking.
